I was previously downloading the notes and had to open them separately to refer to during out group discussion. Another feature that would be greatly appreciated is the ability to add highlights to the notes.
When you select text in the individual downloaded notes file you have the option to highlight and attach a note. When you highlight text in the notes inside the BSF app the only option available is to copy the text. The notes provide in-depth information regarding the context of the passage. It is by far the best method to study the Bible which I have found.

On the laptop, you could fill out the answers on the PDF files but they will not save. You lose answers as soon as you leave the page. If you use the iPad to fill out the answers, it will save them yet not sync across all devices, so if you open the App next on your cel, or website on laptop, all answer spaces are blank although saved on iPad. Only saves filled-out answers on either iPad or cel individually.

As a long term user of logos, i have enjoyed many years with this software. For some reason the offline no internet does not work anymore. Nothing like being on a plane reading a portion of scripture and your offline versions you have paid for do not load. Very frustrating. Logos suggested removing offline book and restarting. I removed app and downloaded book and its now working. Whatever was corrupted is fixed an now working. Logos, on the other hand, works like a digital library. There is no pushing of any particular teacher. I appreciate the resources and tools for Bible study such as concordances, maps, dictionaries to help understand translations, and commentaries from Biblical teachers. I also like that every highlight color is able to be labeled. My favorite way to study the Bible is still without my phone. I like to flip through pages and feel the Bible at my fingertips, but this app is helpful to have as a supplement to my usual system of study.
Recommended for serious students of the Bible! No gimmicks or feel-good fluff, just a library of materials to assist you in studying. Please consider your mobile users.

I think this is a wonderful app. There is a wealth of really great resources, and with a recent iPad acquisition, I was very excited to begin doing prep work with Logos and Evernote. It is utterly stunning that the simple act of copying text blocks is somehow more difficult on the larger surface of the tablet, as opposed to my phone.
It causes some fair amount of frustration. FaithLife, please please fix this.
