Basically I am looking for an option exactly like this, which gives me long-exposure effects even it is not a long-exposore shot. I found apps for long-exposure shots, I found apps for live photos and I found apps for blending various photos together but both together are a pain to use , but I didn't find anything to imitate exactly this feature from iphone to get easy long-exposure effects during day light hours when there is too much light for real long-exposure shots without ND filter with live photos.

I plugged my phone in, opened "photos" on my mac, imported everythign I wanted, then dragged it into a folder on my hard drive. All of the live photos were made into regular jpegs. When I send them back to my phone or try to view them on my computer, they are flat jpegs.
